Denied A Solution

I was driving through Wyoming (again) and thinking about how the drought has affected everything. I thought about all the blue sky days we had--and how much I hated them --and the lack of clouds of any kind especially my favorite kind of clouds...storm clouds.

Being a multi tasker (at least while driving) I was also shooting some multiple exposures of random things. Hey! no time to stop to shoot and I have a major shooting jones I need to scratch I shoot out the window when nobody is looking Anyway, I've shot literally thousands of multiple exposures...all of them bad and were summarily deleted except for this one.

It caught my eye as I was reviewing images and I immediately thought it might be something my good friend Dennis might like--you know, the whole lonely prairie, finding of ones spirit type of thing he does so well so I am dedicating this image to him

Shot at 65 miles per hour out the drivers side window. I didn't use the viewfinder just 'Spray and Pray'. Miracles upon miracles the subjects are framed pretty good. I have edited the shot with a few layers of lowered opacity sepia and black and white over the original color to help that old world vintage look.
