First Morning

Thought I'd show you what I been doing in Utah This is from the first morning I was in Arches National Park. Drove straight through friday night and arrived about 2 hours before sunrise so into the park I went!

Had some great wispy clouds! This was taken just inside the park at a place called 'Park Avenue' right off the parking lot I love these old dead juniper trees and how they are so twisted and gnarled. Couldn't resist getting into the shot.

Anyway, lots more to come in the following months (years, maybe!) I've had my ups and downs on this trip though--confidence in what I am doing turned to self doubt and then back to confidence. Quite the roller coaster!

Been in Arches several times and Canyonlands Island in the Sky District a couple times then Dead Horse Point National Park and tomorrow (wednesday) I'm heading to the Needles District of Canyonlands
