Took a load over to the town of Alpine Wyoming last week--just so happened that the road there led me through Grand Teton National Park :D (I will certify to you that the views from the road are SPECTACULAR! :wow:)

now this same road takes you into the town of Jackson--which is no place for any kind of truck especially a set of doubles--they have the dumbest truck route ever thought of there :ohmygod: Lets say I'm glad i went through there early in the morning beofre the tourist traffic got to going full tilt like it was when I came back through that afternoon :frustrated:

Along the road there are several really nice viewing areas which is where I did my shooting. The light wasn't very good as it was mid afternoon, but the clouds were cool. That morning there was a super sunrise, but I had to get where I was going and couldn't stop to do any shooting :( Such is life  I do wish now I had taken a panorama or two.

I'm posting this for a friend of mine :iconmarquisdeahhs: as a special request and favor to him. He wanted to see the mountains, so here they are my friend :aww:

Wow, my parents had a photo-wallpaper in their room with a similar landscape (just with more pinewood).
My mum stripped it down just a couple of years ago, it was old and shaggy, but still I regreted it - I loved that typically North American landscape.
You visit beautiful places, that's for sure.
